When i called to explain the situation to a store manager an employee answered not knowing much to do about it so she quickly handed the phone to a manager who showed absolutely no concern for it and tried her best to quickly get off the phone with me. Employees name on the reciept is Sharon and the manager who i is later handed the phone to is leann. Worst customer service ever.June 23, 2016
